You can simply log onto our secure area (coming soon) and fill in the appropriate forms online. In many cases this will result in an automatic payment to your bank account (subject to all the conditions being met correctly)
Or you can download the pdf form suitable for the claim, fill it in and return by fax or post.
The fastest way to make a claim with us is by filling in the online form. Please note that because the form is online, we are unable to collect a signature or have receipts attached. If we need either of these for your claim, then we will contact you once we have received your claim.
